Arash starts production on New British supercar

Arash Cars was established in March 2006 in a town called Sawston, U.K. They have been working on the AF10, their first supercar, for the past few years and now finally its ready for production.

The body is 100% carbon construction using aluminum honeycomb and nomex panels for sandwich strength.

The rear window and engine compartment window is made of a non shatter and scratch resistant plastic. The front and side windows are constructed of laminated glass.

The carbon chassis is super light, super strong and has reduced manufacturing time and cost. It also offers excellent protection during crashes from the front and rear sub assemblies and the rear impact bars and side rear impact struts.

This AF-10 supercar is powered by a GM 7 litre LS7 V8 engine which boasts 505 horsepower and has a top speed of 205mph (330km/h).

Arash AF-10 comes with 19inch wheels on the front, 20inch wheels on the rear and carbon ventilated Ceramic Disc, 8 Cylinder AP Racing Calipers to slow this sports car racer down.
Rumors are spreading of a more powerful version being in the pipeline with a supercharged engine that will kick out 800hp.

Due to its expensive 100% carbon body its going to come with an expensive price tag of £320,000 ($535,000)
