Mini Rocketman Concept lightweight and super fuel efficient
Mini has created a completely new concept car which was recently unveiled at the 2011 Geneva auto show. Called the Rocketman this new Mini concept shows off some new and creative features.
The Mini Rocketman hasn’t strayed too far away from the Mini design and has maintained the car’s original compact size. BMW has designed this new concept car to be super-fuel-efficient and have fitted the car with numerous lightweight parts including a spaceframe carbon Fiber chassis.
BMW are keeping whats under the hood a secret for the time being but they have stated that the Rocketman will be able to travel 100km on 3 liters of fuel.
