Ronaldo purchases tuned Porshce Panamera

Professional footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has bought Oakley Design’s first customized Porsche Panamera Turbo.

The Real Madrid player was handed the four-door sports car in a packed ceremony at the Ritz Hotel in Marbella, Spain. He was taken into a private area to meet the car and spent time talking through the host of modifications.

The Oakley-tuned Porsche Panamera Turbo is powered by a 4.8-litre V8 twin-turbo engine, which kicks out 580hp, that’s an extra 80 horsepower more than the standard car.
So now this custom car can go 0-62mph in just 3.8 seconds and has a top speed of 205mph (330km/h).

Extras include complete carbon-fiber roof, front spoiler, side sills, electronic rear spoiler, rear gurney spoiler, rear diffuser and a full lightweight titanium exhaust system.

The original alloys have been upgraded to 20-inch carbon-fiber wheels, each weighing just 8kgs each.
The total cost of this conversion is an extra £35,000 on top of the price of a standard Turbo.

Oakley will only be producing 10 modified Panameras and each one will come with their unique Oakley plaque and number.

The British tuning company is now working on its versions of the Ferrari 458 Italia and the new Porsche Cayenne which are debuting at this week’s Geneva Motor Show.
Cristiano Ronaldo is the most expensive player in football history following his £80 million transfer deal from Manchester United to Real Madrid.

He is now believed to earn more than £11 million a season, making him the highest-paid footballer in the world.
